CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel your contract/order with us up to 14 days after receipt of your delivery. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the items plus standard delivery costs but this will exclude the cost of the return of the items to Guns N Posies.  If you selected an enhanced delivery method (eg, Next Day), you will be refunded the cost of standard delivery.  Should you choose to only partially cancel your order, and keep some items, then the original standard delivery cost will not be refunded to you.

 If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing by email to gunsnposies10@gmail.com. This must be completed within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. All cancelled products must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel, upon receipt of which we will issue the refund. All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
