HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

​

Postage and packaging costs £4.50. We use Royal Mail 24 tracked service for UK wide deliveries. Although this is a next day service, this is not guaranteed and they advise it can take 1 -3 working days from dispatch, potentially longer on occasion.

Orders will be shipped asap, however we do advise parcels can take 1-3 working days to be dispatched, potentially longer during busy periods.

DO YOU ACCEPT NON-UK ORDERS?

European Delivery (EU)

Please note we can’t give exact delivery dates for items posted outside the UK.

International Signed-For Delivery Service
Please allow approximately 7 working days for items to be delivered. Please note that on occasions it can take longer, this is normally due to the item being delayed by Customs which is beyond our control.

This delivery service has a tracking number and can be tracked initially on www.royalmail.com up to when it leaves the UK. It can then be tracked again once the item has arrived in the destination Country using that Country’s national postal service website. Please note that customers will be liable for any handling and /or customs fees. We can’t provide exact delivery dates for items posted outside of the UK.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are dissatisfied with your Guns 'N' Posies item, we will offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery and is in it’s original, unworn condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty. Please email us to arrange for a refund of your order before posting it by contacting us on info@gunsnposies.co.uk. We highly recommend using a signed for service as we can not refund or exchange in the event of loss or damage in transit. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense unless the return is due to our own fault. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the items return and via the original method of payment; we can not refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to fund the original transaction.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* email address 

These are collected by Stripe for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point. 

This information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
